Something fresh is coming to Sacramento’s Oak Park! Starting October 31, 2025, United And Guided will launch Funky Fresh Fridays at the Capsity Building (3810 Broadway)—a weekly community celebration designed to uplift, connect, and empower our neighborhood.
Every Friday, Funky Fresh Fridays will transform Broadway into a hub of joy and togetherness with live music, karaoke talent shows, a community dollar store, job resources, food, and family fun. More than an event, this is a movement to bring health, wellness, and opportunity to the 95817 community.
We’re also calling on local businesses to be part of the movement. From food and clothing donations to volunteering time or offering financial support, there are many ways to contribute. The best part? Businesses don’t have to commit every week—just one Friday a month can make a big difference.
