United And Guided and partners are working hard to provide consistent and safe mental space for parents to enjoy self-care with their children.  The Papa Bears Project was designed to help bring Black fathers together in unity to support our children and families.  Every Sunday that is sunny in Sacramento, we have our weekly, "Self-Care Sundays" at Tahoe Park 3501 59th Street Sacramento, CA 95691 , where we enjoy basketball camp, food, music, games, bonding, and lots of fun!!!  Click here to pre-register for our next event!
