The atmosphere was filled with elegance, tradition, and heartfelt connection as community members gathered to celebrate culture, resilience, and unity. From the moment guests stepped inside, they were greeted by the sounds of traditional Arab music, beautifully arranged décor, and the inviting aroma of beloved dishes that reminded many of home. Lanterns cast a warm glow over the room, and every detail—from the textiles to the table settings—reflected the rich heritage being honored. ACCIS’s mission was woven into the evening’s program. Their commitment to supporting immigrants and refugees in Sacramento was evident through stories shared and achievements celebrated. Their vital services—including Referral Resources, Women & Youth Empowerment Programs, and Cultural Integration Activities—continue to bridge gaps for families navigating a new life while maintaining a strong connection to their roots. United and Guided was honored to be one of the organizations recognized during this unforgettable evening. Our team celebrated proudly, connecting with fellow community partners, dancing to cherished rhythms, and even winning raffle prizes that brought joyful excitement to the night. The sense of belonging was unmistakable. Whether enjoying food, sharing conversations, or joining the dancing, everyone present contributed to the spirit of togetherness that defined the event.
